Tyson chamber
From the guest bedroom one passes into the master bedchamber, a room of spacious and elegant proportions with elaborate woodwork almost identical to that of the large reception room directly below. Again there is evidence of the Tysons' collecting enthusiasms: early American glass, many hooked rugs, several samplers, a colonial highboy dresser, and Currier and Ives prints featuring New England winter scenes.
