Dominique chickens
These heritage breed chickens are free-range, often moved around the farm in their "eggmobile." The chickens not only provide eggs for sale to Community Supported Agriculture participants and farmer's market customers, they also add fertilizer to the farm and provide fertilized eggs for the Project CHICK education program. Project CHICK staff take the eggs into local classrooms where students take part in a hands-on educational program.
