Q: May I have my wedding ceremony at the Lyman Estate?

A: Yes. You may have your ceremony outdoors on the grounds (weather permitting), or indoors in the beautiful ballroom.

 

Q.  May I have my holiday party at the Lyman Estate?

A. Yes, the Lyman Estate is open for holiday parties.

 

Q: What is the time frame for my event?

A: The Lyman Estate schedules only one event per day, which gives you the flexibility to choose the seven-and-a-half-hour time frame for your party. This includes two hours for the caterer set up, five hours for the party, and a half hour for the caterer clean up.

Q: Will someone from the Lyman Estate be there the day of my event?

A: Yes. In addition to supporting you with your planning, one of our Event Supervisors is here for every event, from start to finish.

Q: Are candles allowed?

A: Due to local fire regulations, candles are not permitted inside or outside on the grounds.  However, battery operated candles are lovely and are allowed.

Q: What about parking?

A: There is ample parking for 100 cars with a parking attendant to direct cars.

Q: Is there air conditioning?

A: Yes, the Lyman Estate is fully air conditioned.

Q: Is the Lyman Estate handicapped-accessible?

A: The mansion's first floor is accessible with an accessible restroom.
