Business Meetings and Seminars

On weekdays, the Lyman Estate may be rented for small meetings, seminars, and retreats. Groups may use the large ballroom as well as additional rooms for break-out sessions.  A podium, speaker, two projection screens, tables, and chairs are available at no cost. Maximum capacity of fifty.

The mansion offers wireless access, is handicapped accessible, and air conditioned.  There is ample on-site parking, and it is only five minutes from 128/I-95.

The Lyman Estate will be unavailable for rental during 2011 while Historic New England completes major energy efficiency work that will transform the estate into a leading green historic site. E-mail the Lyman Estate staff  to inquire about remaining dates in 2010. For events scheduled for 2011, consider the Codman Estate Gardens and Carriage House in nearby Lincoln, Mass.

Rates

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.: $125 per hour with a three-hour minimum (catering fees are separate).
