On weekdays, the Lyman Estate may be rented for small meetings
and seminars. The availability of the grand ballroom as well as
smaller break-out rooms makes the Lyman Estate a unique and
comfortable setting. A podium and speaker, two projection screens
and an easel are available at no cost.
Our staff is experienced in event planning and will assist you
with the arrangements.
We'll help you select a caterer from our exclusive list to create
a delicious and beautifully presented menu. If you prefer, we can
handle all of your party planning. We'll help you select a menu from
one of our favorite caterers.
Rates:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: $125 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
Catering fees are separate.
