An exterior view of a two-story stone commercial building at Walnut Avenue and Warren Street in Ward 21 in Roxbury, Massachusetts. The first floor is occupied by various businesses including Peter A. Riley, plumber, 8 Walnut Avenue; Farley, plumber; and John Melville Haynes, upholsterer and cabinetmaker, 13 Walnut Avenue. Lewis W. and H. F. Morse, grocers, probably occupy the front store on the first floor, with a sign promoting "cold soda 5 cents." Highland Hall occupied 185-191 Warren Street. In December 1905, the Joseph Warren Lodge 18 of the International Order of Odd Fellows remodeled the space as their lodgerooms. In the second-floor front windows, there is a "rooms to let" sign. Arched windows and doorways with keystones comprise the side façade. Both stories of the front façade contain triple arched windows with keystones. Quoins adorn the corners of the structure.
