The biographical materials assembled in this series include articles, news clippings, and personal papers related to Bertram K. and Nina Fletcher Little and their folk art collection. Examples include numerous magazine profiles, obituaries, images, and items related to the auction of part of the Littles' collection at Sotheby's in 1994. There are also numerous personal photographs of the Littles from throughout their life, from baby pictures to wedding photographs, to images of the couple in old age.
This series, more than others, seems to reflect the arrangement of Selina Little rather than any original order by Bertram or Nina Little. Selina Little collected many of the materials after her parents' death. The papers were found together in one carton. With regards to the photographs, folders 46.1892 and 46.1893 were found with this carton of papers; the rest of the photographs were added by the collection processor from other accessions.
