Records various estates in the form of inventories including property (personal and real) and investments. Charity donations, taxes paid, and charges for legal services also itemized. Two wills and a legal instrument appointing executors Heard and Caldwell are copied in the front. One listed piece of property (house) is at the corner of Hancock and Cambridge Streets, as Swaim residence.
Names include: M.A.N. Swaim (estate), Joseph Noble (will). See Book #65 for other material on estate of J. Noble.
