Codman Album 6.0: Italy and Switzerland, 1900-1901

Description

Album of photographs of the Codman Family's trip to Italy and Switzerland in 1900 and 1901. The photographs are a mix of commercial prints of scenic views and more amatuer snapshots, many with pencil notations. Locations include Capri, Amalfi, Perugia, Florence, Siena, Bologna, and Venice in Italy, and Lugano, Brienz, Murren, and Bern in Switzerland. There are several images of the Codmans including group shots of the family on a gondola and on a trip to a Swiss glacier.
