Design drawing with three views titled "Commode of Mahogany" rendered in pencil on trace. Front perspective and two interior views are shown. Hepplewhite-style demilune chest has overhanging top with rectangular heat register at back edge; three drawers with round pulls above three cupboards with doors and key escutcheons; tapered square legs; veneer trim on top, drawer and cabinet door edges. Inlay decoration includes quarter-fans on door fronts, bellflowers on legs, and banding on apron edge. Side cupboards have two adjustable shelves; center cupboard has five sliding trays. Plan also shows "heat" behind sliding trays. Title, design notes and dimensions are handprinted on drawing. Drawing is affixed to cardboard.
