Black-and-white photograph of a desk. Chippendale-style desk has hinged slant-front which opens to reveal an interior writing surface, drawers and pigeonholes; two lopers with round pulls; four drawers with key escutcheons, bail handles and bat-wing plates; molded lower edge; center carved drop ornament on skirt; ogee bracket rear feet; and ogee brackets with ball-and-claw feet in front. Handwritten note on photograph is A. H. Davenport Co. detail number 4929.
