Description

Photo album titled: "Church Interiors, Miscellaneous 59B." Title and volume number are hand printed in black on spine. Album has a beige fabric covering and 66 dark gray pages, some of which are now loose. Eighteen of the pages are blank. Album contains 48 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs depict interiors of houses, churches and yachts manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. Also included are two exterior views of a yacht. The order number and year is shown on one photo. Customer names or other defining terms are handwritten on some album pages. Identified customers are: Nicholas Brady (Roslyn, NY); A. C. Burrage (yacht Aztec); Christ Church (West Haven, CT): Mrs. Reese; William Robertson Coe (Oyster Bay, NY); James H. Proctor (Ipswich, MA); St. Luke's Chapel (Evanston, IL); St. Martin's Church (Providence, RI); St. Thomas Church (New York, NY); and Eugene Tompkins (yacht Idalia).
