Description

Album of design drawings produced by A. H. Davenport Co. titled: "Writing Desks and Tables." The title is printed on the spine in gold on a red leather label. The company name is printed in black on the front cover; the volume number "10" is also printed in black on the spine. Album has a beige fabric covering and 212 pages. Table of contents is glued inside front cover and includes the following categories: writing desks, flat top desks, roll top desks, library tables, writing tables large, and writing tables small. There are 35 pages which have 95 pencil or ink drawings on trace affixed with glue. The remaining 177 pages are blank. Drawings depict a variety of desks and writing tables manufactured by the firm.
