Description

Design drawing titled "President's Chair" rendered in ink on trace. Perspective view is shown. Arm chair has upholstered rectangular back with arched crest and two rows of metal tacks outlining edges; tacks also creating oval and scroll patterns on arch; shaped stiles beneath back; shaped arms with scrolled handholds and curved arm supports; fully upholstered rectangular seat with two rows of metal tacks along rails; and tapered square legs, raked in rear, with casters. Title, design notes, "9535" and "Bank of Republic" are handwritten on drawing.
