Arm chair has upholstered rectangular back with arched crest and two rows of metal tacks outlining edges; tacks also creating oval and scroll patterns on arch; shaped stiles beneath back; shaped arms with scrolled handholds and curved arm supports; fully upholstered rectangular seat with two rows of metal tacks along rails; and tapered square legs, raked in rear, with casters. Title, design notes, "9535" and "Bank of Republic" are handwritten on drawing.
