Arm chair has rectangular upholstered back with two rows of metal tacks outlining edges; shaped stiles beneath back; shaped arms with scrolled handholds and curved arm supports; fully upholstered rectangular seat with two rows of metal tacks along rails; and tapered square legs, raked in rear, with casters. Title, design notes, "9535," "667?" and "Nat. Bank of Republic" are handwritten on drawing; however, portion of title has been cut off.
