Swivel arm chair has rectangular back which flares outward and has rolled edge; rectangular upholstered panel on back; straight lower back; straight arms flowing from back into curved handholds; fluted vasiform-turned arm supports; upholstered seat with straight front; single row of metal tacks along upholstered edges of back and seat; narrow plain seat rail; and post with swivel mechanism atop four low curved legs with casters. "3210" and a faint note are handwritten on drawing.
