Design drawing titled "Louis XV Arm Chair of Oak and Goldr" rendered in ink on trace. Perspective view is shown. Easy chair has rounded back; curved crest which flows into continuous arms; curved arm supports with carved scrolled handholds and acanthus leaves leaves at base; serpentine seat front; molded seat rail with serpentine lower edge and carved foliage at front; cabriole legs with scrolled toe and peg feet; and carved foliage on front legs. Chair is fully upholstered except arm supports, seat rails and legs. Title is handwritten on drawing.
