Chippendale-style side chair has oxbow-shaped crest; rounded ears with carved foliage; solid vasiform splat; shaped stiles; upholstered seat with single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; straight seat rails; raked tapered square legs in rear; and tapered square front legs. Painted decoration on splat, crest and stiles includes floral and foliate motifs.
