Description

Design drawing titled "Mahogany & Inlay Sideboard" rendered in pencil on trace. Perspective view is shown. Neoclassical Hepplewhite-style sideboard with curving front has splashboard with center rectangular panel and concave curved corners; overhanging top; serpentine central section with two drawers over one compartment flanked by two narrow drawers and curved end compartments; eight tapered square legs; and inlaid stringing, quarter-fans, and oval paterae. Title, "Stock 49116" and "Hepple" are handwritten in pencil. Also handwritten in red is "937."
