Design drawing titled "Sideboard of Mahogany and Inlay" rendered in pencil on trace. Perspective view is shown. Rectangular sideboard has tall splashboard with projecting shallow shelf with serpentine front at top supported by two Ionic-style columns. Case has serpentine front; tier of three drawers above tier of four cabinets with doors and two central drawers; and four cabriole legs with carved knees terminating in ball-and-claw feet. Drawers have round pulls; drawer fronts and cabinet doors have string inlay. Large cabinet doors have inlaid oval patarae that have been crossed out. Title and dimensions are handwritten in pencil. Also handwritten is customer name " Mrs. Peter Hayden" and "Oct. 16 ?17 - 1903." Right side of paper is cut off.
