White seersucker ground printed with allover pattern of small scale purple sprigs with green leaves; Jacket (A) - shawl collar with wide pointed lapels; decorative "waistcoat" of purple moire; inset at center front; 3 pairs of large decorative shell buttons with cream braid frogs; scalloped hem with extended points at sides; 3/4 length sleeves; hook and eye closures at center front; Skirt (B) - matching skirt; smooth front with smocking for fullness at back; hook and eye closure at back.
