White cotton printed with small scale, scalloped edge diamonds (grey) with purple rose in center; Jacket (A) - shawl collar with wide pointed lapels; decorative "waistcoat" of purple and white striped silk, inset with hook and eye closure; 3 pairs of large, decorative purple shell buttons and purple braid frogs; 3/4 length sleeves with tunnel back cuffs; scalloped hem with points extended at sides; Skirt (B) - matching skirt - smocking all around waist; hook and eye closure at back.
