Dining Table

1942.3188 (RS174444)

Description

Maple dining table. Rectangular top has two trapezoidal drop leaves. When leaves are opened, table top forms an octagon. Swinging bars support leaves. Unusual shape of top reveals late-nineteenth-century construction. Table rests on four square tapered legs with spade feet.
