Impressed mark: "S BOWNE". Oval bowl w/ pointed tip. Thin shaft swelling to an ovoid handle w/ slightly curved under pointed tip. Bright-cut oval paterae? type decoration, typical of Federal period, w/ swag inner border enclosing initials "E.S.M."
