"Hitty" to carry his shipment of "Lumber, Beef, and Corn" to Tobago; written in four languages (French, Spanish, English and Dutch); signed and sealed by President John Adams (US seal) and countersigned by Secretary of State Timothy Pickering; under glass and in thin wood molded frame; backed with pine boards.
