Description

Blue, green and pink/coral iridescent plaid silk taffeta with chine' stripes; five rows of piping at brim; the rest of brim is quilted with tack stitches; brim extends to neck ruffle; pointed corners; center back/crown is also padded and quilted with tack stitches, is gathered onto brim with row of piping; neck ruffle gathered at center back with red and purple and green striped silk ribbon; same silk ribbon ties are pinned at neck; lined with pink cotton.
