Description

Comprised of six rows of four pieced blocks; blocks pieced of various calico prints and shirtings; one-half dark, one-half light producing "Sunshine and Shadow" effect. Center blocks of either printed portraits of President Garfield, Federal Shields, Navy Anchor or printed patchwork pattern; edges bound in blue and white calico; back of white ground cotton and brown polka dots.
