The property was situated on the summit of Talcott Mountain west of Hartford, Connecticut, and included a 55 foot high viewing tower and mountain lake. The transfer-print image depicts a rural landscape with a couple seated on rocks beside a lake. In the distance at left is a house and, at right, a wooded mountain with observation tower.
