Description

Blue silk; plain brim is stiffened with wire and a 1 1/2" wide cardboard band; ten horseshoe-shaped cane hoops; self-fabric bow at back; self-neck ruffle with applied blue silk band at edge; ribbon ties at neck do not match--one is blue with frayed ends, the other is blue/green; additional blue cord attached above at sides, and is a continuous piece (for pulling over face); lined with white canvas.
