B=Skirt - Front panel of blue taffeta w/ blue ruching from front to back. Hook & eye closure; lined w/ white cambric; hem edged w/ green silk tape; 2 bands of elastic for back bustle. C=Bodice - sleeveless; open neckline trimmed w/ blue ruching & 2 large blue bows at shoulder; drawstring neckline w/ hook & eye closure. Darts; linen lining; rounded waist. D=Bodice - high neckline w/ band collar; long sleeves w/ epaulets & cuffs w/ blue ruching; 1 bow at right shoulder center front. 10 blue silk buttons w/ buttonholes & hook & eye closure; darts; sharp point at front & back w/ piped waist. Boned at center back & lower center front; lined w/ cotton; sleeves lined w/ white cambric. E=Belt - blue belt w/ large blue bow/bustle.
