A=Coat: Black; bright gilt embroidery - elaborate foliate garland at high standing collar; deep cuffs, front, waist pockets, arms, back; heavily padded; white silk lining; gilt buttons; hook and eye closure - single breasted. B=Pants: Black with gilt trim (foliate garland) and braid along pant leg; straps at hem; button front; 2 pockets ( 1 at each side seam). C=Pants: Black; gilt braid with chevron pattern along length of pant leg; button front; hook and button at waist; buckle and strap closure and gusset of blue fabric at back; straps (under boots). D=Hat, Bicorne: Black with white ostrich feathers; black moire ribbon; gilt braid and ornament; one gilt button; rosette - red, white and blue; pleated silk lining and leather headband.
