Child's Suit

Description

A child's two-piece skirt suit made of wool, discharge printed on red wool with white trilobed flowers and lined with white cotton. The bodice has a scalloped hem and is currently stitched to the skirt. It once attached with buttons at center front and back. The bodice currently closes up the center front with 8 pink buttons, but has been re-worked for a later child. It originally closed with hooks and eyes up the center front.
