Historical/Biographical Note

The Hillside Inn and Annex (Albamont), in Campton, NH, was built in the late 19th century and could accomodate about 100 people. It is featured in Bryan Toll's The Grand Resort Hotels in the White Mountains (1998), in appendix A, pg. 240.

This perspecitve drawing was originally shown in the Boston Sunday Globe on April 14, 1901.
