Untitled scrapbook. Scrapbook has red fabric cover and is held together by twine laced through six eyelets. The number "2" is handwritten on spine. Scrapbook contains 50 pages. The materials in this scrapbook document settles, sofas, benches, and stools encompassing a wide range of time periods and styles. The bulk of the materials are clippings from 19th century and 20th century periodicals, catalogs, and magazines, including "Country Life." Many of the clippings overlap one another. Some photographs depict furniture manufactured by Sons-Cunningham Reed & Rattan Co., Inc (New York, NY) and Century Furniture Co. (Grand Rapids, MI). Some pieces depicted were owned, at the time, by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Naples Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the British Museum.
