Description

Untitled design drawing rendered in ink on trace. Perspective view is shown. Neoclassical-style arm chair has slightly concave crest rail; splat formed by five curved vertical elements, the outer two of which have carved surfaces; carved swag and rosettes at top of splat; shaped arms continuing into arm supports; seat with over-the-rail upholstery and single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; raked rectangular back legs; tapered square front legs with spade feet; and H-stretcher. Title is handwritten on drawing. Companion side chair is CC010.001.006.010.001.
