Roughly square; yellow and red; three rows of three blocks each reproducing Declaration of Independence; encircled by shields of original thirteen colonies with crest of arms, eagle and portraits of Adams, Washington and Jefferson. In bottom corners scenes of Boston Tea Party and Burgoyne's surrender.
