Description

Three fragments of gilt-figure wallpaper from the George A. Weaver House, Waldoboro, Maine. Pattern of embossed and gilded stripes and gilt-figures, one figure a round quatrefoil or compass and the other a slightly larger round medallion with fleur de lis figures, acanthus scrolls and foliate swag. Block-printed in black and gray with gold leaf on gray ground.
