Description

Fragment of striped wallpaper from Hollis, New Hampshire. Stripe pattern has stylized stalk with leaves growing from either side, one side white, the other black. Between the stalks is an undulating line of white pin dots line that runs around and between black and white stylized flower heads. Block-printed in black and white on ungrounded, blue paper. Wove paper, partial sheets.
