The lower left corner of the card reads "The John Church Company, general factors, Chicago, Cincinnati, New York." The Everett Piano received both the Diploma and Medal of Highest Honor at the Columbian Exposition. The dealer E.B. Wood carries the piano at No. 171 Tremont Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
