Description

Roughly square light-blue silk; tightly filled with sand or sawdust; a small piece of off-white plain-woven cotton fabric with nine cutwork motifs is pinned to the top; central motif is a stepped diamond; four open work squares are in the corners; in hope chest (acc.no. 1998.6174).
