Description

Hoop skirt constructed of 7 white cotton tapes sewn to waistband w/ iron buckle. Graduating iron wire hoops attached to cotton tapes, first 4 at 2 1/2" interval, lower at 5/8" interval. Lowest hoop 1/4" iron strap. First hoop 19" from waist.
