By William Collins, 15 Holland Street, Kensington. Marked "From the original picture. In possession of Marie A. Wall Esque." Inscription tells story of scene. Man shown paying woman for lamb. Children surround the lamb. One child pushes apprentice away. Simple gold molded frame. Only half of backboard remains.
