Description

Bamboo and paper folding fan with twenty-eight red painted slats held at base with brass pin and loop holding a woven brown knotted cord. One side of fan with twelve printed mottoes or fortunes along slats, other with eagle and American flag, Uncle Sam and Japanese businessman and crane.
