Mountains in background, Lily of the Valley in foreground. Arch in top border of image resembles a stained glass pane. White outer border. Walnut frame w/ incised lines.

I have the same premium edition with what appears to be the same blonde women called "Truth". Can anyone tell me about it. It does have any date or artist name.
