From Edie Clifford's research into Milton phone directories, the shop visible in the photo is Julia R. Stephenson's Book & Print Shop at 36 Adams St. The shop had previously been on the opposite end of the building (the Suffolk Resolves House) at 38 Adams, a smaller space, but from 1939 through 1946 is listed at 36 Adams.
