Description

Portrait of young man from the waist up wearing a black coat and a high white collar with a ruffle in front. He has brown curly hair, blue eyes, and is looking over his left shoulder. The background is plain brown. The frame is a large, elaborate one with applied plaster leaf decoration. The interior rim is of small leaves and the middle has a beaded trim. Finish is rough dark gold and rust color. \n
