Bust-length oil portrait of Benjamin Willis. He is seated in a red chair with his right arm folded. He is wearing a dark blue suit and ivory ruffled collar and shirt, and has blue-gray eyes and graying hair. The wood frame is gilt with raised outer edge and a concave surface.
