Description

White satin ribbon with blue writing. The bottom has a dove tail end and is slightly frayed on both ends. There are some creases going down the ribbon. There is a seal in the middle of the ribbon that is shaded blue with a picture of a bird and olive branch on top of a person holding a parasol.
