Chippendale tables #

AvatarPosted by Lucy Wood on August 9, 2013
I had been searching for a record of the photograph in the Historic Colors of America: what appears to be a Chippendale breakfast table in the picture to the left of the pale blue-green table and 6 chairs on the reverse of page four of paint chips. Somehow, at the end of my search, the Chippendale Tables group failed to come up on the computer. I have an early Chippendale breakfast table, and am always interested to see similar tables. Perhaps you can help.

Thanks so much,

Thank you for your comment, Ms. Wood. The image that, I believe you are referring to, is from the Octagon Room at Historic New England's Beauport, the Sleeper-McCann House in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
