Description

Watercolor in a 2 1/2 in. wood and gilt frame of the Tucker's ship, "the Alliance". the Alliance had a large black and white hull, 17 sails, an American flag flying at its stern, and red flag flying from its tallest mast that reads: "ALLIANCE". A lighthouse and fortress are off the ship's bow and at least 8 other ships are in neighboring waters.
